  My goal is to provide you with communications services that will ultimately help curb your communications program costs. My rates vary according to the size and scope of your project. I work primarily on a per project and hourly rate basis, though in some cases I do offer a monthly retainer arrangement. Before you invest in contractors, vendors or new employees give me a call to discuss your needs.

Please note the following parameters for project fees:  
  • Due to heavy scheduling demands, a 50% deposit is required when you book your initial consultation in order to secure the dates of your sessions
  • Deposits are non-refundable if sessions are cancelled without 48 hours notice  
  • Final payments for projects are due at the time services are rendered

  • Invoices are e-mailed the day services are rendered and are due upon receipt

Media Training
Getting media exposure begins with getting booked for an interview. But unless you're prepared to do a great job, that opportunity may not only be wasted, it may hurt your cause.

Learn the secrets to dealing effectively with print, radio and television media. Whether you're a seasoned spokesperson who needs a "refresher" course in dealing with the media, or you're being interviewed for the first time, I can help. Developing your interview skills will strengthen the delivery of your organization's important messages and give you the confidence and ability to deliver. I offer media trainings for:

  • Fortune 500 companies seeking to train company spokespeople
  • Small to medium-sized business owners interested in delivering newsworthy messages related to expertise, products or services
  • PR Agencies and Law Firms preparing clients for media interviews
  • Entrepreneurs, authors, experts or any individual whose communication strategies involve speaking with the media

Training includes:

  • Preparation of your training and review of your materials
  • Three-hour one on one session including presentation, videotaping mock interviews and messaging review; four-hour session for groups of up to four people
  • Written feedback and digital delivery of your mock interviews straight to your e-mail inbox
  • Clients can choose to have media trainings conducted on site, or at a location in downtown Austin, TX; for additional fees, I am available to travel to your city.
